She is always on the forefront of promoting young artists and fighting racism: singer Beyonce, who is also a president – She has sung inaugurations and at the Super Bowl and is revered like a queen (“Queen Bey”) by her fans, is celebrating her 40th birthday today.
The pandemic taught her that her voice was clearer when she was quieter, the musician recently told Vogue. “I really enjoy spending time with my family, and my new goal is to take it slow and keep stressful things out of my life.”
She has worked in the music industry since she was 15 and has since been tackling one project after another in the spotlight, says Beyonce: “It was exhausting and hectic. I spent a lot of time building my legacy and representing my culture as best I could. Now I’ve decided to allow myself to concentrate on what I enjoy myself, ”said Beyonce. Early Life
Beyonce Giselle Knowles was born in 1981 in Houston, Texas, her mother ran a hair salon and her father worked as a sales manager. As a young girl, she and friends formed a band that eventually became Destiny’s Child in the 1990s – a global success with more than 50 million records sold.
