According to the report on istoe , the crime occurred after a discussion within the establishment involving an employee, a security guard from a third-party company and a temporary PM. The two men were arrested and arrested in flagrante delicto for manslaughter.
The confusion would have started at the supermarket checkout when the man, who was shopping with his wife, would have threatened to attack the employee, who called security.
The temporary PM and the security guard would have sent Silveira Freitas out of the supermarket. According to the Military Brigade, which initially responded to the incident, the victim started fighting with the pair for not wanting to leave the scene. Witnesses at the scene say the man was followed and beaten on the way out.
