BTS Announces Release Of Butter CD
On June 15 at midnight KST, Big Hit Music announced on WeVerse that BTS would be releasing a CD single for their hit song “Butter.”
“Butter” was released as a digital single on May 21 and has gone on to hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks in a row.
The new CD is designed to celebrate ARMY’s birthday (the day that BTS’s fandom ARMY got their official name). The CD single will not only include “Butter,” but also a brand new track that “will make your heart beat to the rhythm of BTS’s positive energy.” The CD is set for release on July 9 at 1 p.m. KST.
Last week, it was reported that BTS would be releasing a new album on July 9, which Big Hit Music did not confirm at the time.
