Hugh Jackman
The Australian Hollywood star Hugh Jackman (“X-Men”) was infected with the corona virus.
The 53-year-old announced this today on Twitter. He had only minor complaints, such as a cold with a sore throat, said the actor and singer in a short video in which he was wearing a black protective mask. As soon as he was allowed to, he wanted to return to the New York Broadway stage.

There Jackman takes part in the musical classic “The Music Man”. His colleague Sutton Foster had previously tested positive and had to cancel several performances. Jackman is expected on stage again on January 6th, announced the organizers today.
Jackman has played in several plays and musicals. In 2004 he won a Tony Award for “The Boy from Oz” and later sang in cinema musicals such as “Les Miserables” and “Greatest Showman“.
