Shroud is a Canadian streamer and former Counter-Strike: Global Offensive professional.
He is known for playing PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Call of Duty Black Ops 4: Blackout, Rainbow Six Siege and more recently Apex Legends, Minecraft, Battalion 1944, World of Warcraft Classic, Escape from Tarkov, Fortnite Battle Royale, and Valorant. Grzesiek is often recognized as one of the best “aimers” in the first person shooter video game genre.
After a brief dalliance with Microsoft’s now-defunct live streaming platform, Michael “Shrou-d” Grzesiek returns to Twitch with an exclusive deal. The length and financials of the deal were not disclosed.
It’s a homecoming of sorts for Shroud, who still holds more than 7 million followers on his Twitch channel where he grew to fame, playing as a professional on “Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.
