Russian Space Agency Warns Of ISS Crash

The head of the Russian space agency Roskosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, has warned the West of a crash of the International Space Station (ISS Collapse).

Rogozin said on Telegram today that the sanctions imposed on Russia are affecting the operation of Russian spacecraft that supply the ISS.
This mainly affects the Russian part of the station, which is responsible for course corrections. As a result, the 500-ton structure could fall to the ground and “fall into the sea or onto land”.

“The Russian segment ensures that the station’s orbit is corrected (11 times a year on average), also to prevent space debris,” says Rogozin. He also published a world map to show where the ISS could crash. According to this map, Russia is largely safe. However, other countries, especially Western countries, should “think about the price of sanctions against Roscosmos,” Rogozin said.
The agency chief called the countries that imposed sanctions on Russia “crazy” and called for the sanctions to be lifted.
